What do you do when you find a $2 framed needlepoint at Goodwill that you just can't resist?
Turn it into a pillow, of course!
I used black velvet for the back and the piping and ordered a 16" x 20" insert from Robey's Wholesale Inserts. Although it's one of the only non-machine-washable pillow covers I've ever made, I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep it. I love that it's vintage and a little quirky. And it reminds me of fun Goodwill shopping trips with a dear friend!
You can still snatch up these black and white stripe pillows, though! Visit the etsy shop for detail photos and pricing info.
